People are scared and go to the guest list. If there are any arrests, only those houses and people will be arrested. Some administrative offices were burnt to ashes.
Arrests are here and there every day. Even downtown, people who withdraw money from ATMs are arrested for no reason. They are doing whatever they want without any law.
