The Central Bank of Military dogs has reportedly issued a notice to tighten the system of withdrawing money from banks. Military dogs are roaming around much of Yangon. Yangon has become the most insecure city in the world, according to reports. I feel the same way. Myanmar is not safe under military dogs. Citizens face fear on a daily basis. This is not the case now. It was like I was under Than Shwe when I was young.
