After the ceasefire between the Military Commission and the Ta’ang National Liberation Army (TNLA) in northern Shan, the Military Commission has withdrawn its troops deployed in northern Shan to the Central Military Command area. In recent days, the Military Commission troops that returned from northern Shan have more than 50 military vehicles. Of these, 40 vehicles entered the Mattara area. After sending these troops, the Military Commission is launching a full-scale offensive in Mattara Township in at least three military lines. In addition to the 1,000 ground troops, armored vehicles and tanks have also been deployed to Mattara. I think the entire Mattara area will soon be abandoned by the revolutionary forces.
