This is the result of the ceasefire between the two powerful EAOs in Northern Shan State and the Military Commission. Since the ceasefire in Northern Shan State has been reached, the Military Commission cannot bomb these areas. Therefore, it will bomb more areas controlled by other revolutionary forces.
The ceasefire between the MNDAA and TLNA in northern Shan State and the military commission has had a significant impact on the revolution. The military commission does not need to use large numbers of troops in those areas. Therefore, those forces will be transferred to other areas where fighting is intense.
