In Kyrgyzstan, the Military Council has been reinforcing military forces since last month, and this month, the entire province of Kyrgyzstan has been attacking about 1,500 troops. Last year, in February, 2000, a major offensive was fought, and the revolutionary groups were able to resist for about a month, but later they were forced to give up some controlling areas, such as the royal palace.
A year later, another major offensive was launched by the army in Kyrgyzstan, but last year the revolutionary groups were more armed. We know that local groups have reached agreements on the military’s military operations, but I think the festivities in Kyrgyzstan will be nice.
