Yesterday, rebels burned down the suburbs of Shwe Bo, in the state of Sagaing Region, where more than four hundred homes were burned down. The rebels were burned on the grounds that they had PDFs, or they turned around and burned by the army in those regions, and it was not easy to combat the PDF, so they blazed and burned as many people as they could.
The village’s weavers were burned to the ground, leaving only the sound of the machinery, and the wooden houses remaining ashes. Moreover, homes were burned down in nearby villages, and now it is worth 250,000 pieces of weaving and more than 600,000 pieces of weaving.
Now that the local people are fleeing and having difficulty rehabilitating the weaving industry, they will have to rebuild their homes. Even if the weavers could be repaired, the army would not come again and say that they would not be burned.
