There have been a series of explosions targeting the military council in several cities, including Yangon. However, dogs are less likely to die. This is unfortunate. Citizens are praying daily that these animals will die. Otherwise, we will not be torturing. Explosions were frequent in Yangon. We can do it, and so can those dogs.
